Privacy policy.
The League of Industrial Orchestrators, a program of Apex 8 Publishing, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you join and when you build your profile, which may include your name, email, phone, company, job title, website, LinkedIn, location, availability, and the professional details you choose to share. When you pay, your payment is processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and billing details from Stripe but we do not store your full card number.
How we use it
- To provide your membership, deliver your materials, and run League programs and sessions.
- To communicate with you about your membership, events, and opportunities.
- To create visibility, discovery, connection, and opportunity for you, according to the sharing choice you set in your Operator Profile.
How we share it
We use trusted service providers to operate the League, including Stripe for payments and Google for forms and data storage. We share selected profile information with participating companies and approved opportunity partners of the Industrial Advanced-Intelligence Consortium (IAC) only in line with the sharing permission you choose (yes, ask me first, or keep private). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Update your sharing preference or your details anytime by contacting us.
- Manage or cancel your membership through the Stripe billing portal.
- Request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep member profiles in a private, access-controlled store. We retain your information for as long as you are a member and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
